Ingredients,

Milk                :  1 kg

Lemon juice   :  3 tablespoons

flour                :  2 tablespoons

sugar              :  2 cups

water              :   3 cups


            


 Recipe, 

Step 1-

When the milk starts to boil, add juice and stir. Let it cook for 5 minutes so that the milk bursts well. Let it cool for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, put sugar and water in a pan and cook till the milk is ready.

Step 2-

Now put the cracked milk in a cloth and pour water over it so that the sourness of the lemons disappears then squeeze well. 

Step 3-

Place the cheese in a bowl and blend with the flour.

Step 4-

currently, create little balls, no juice will burst within the balls.

Step 5-

Cook over low heat for ten minutes so over low heat for five minutes.

Step 6-

take away from their syrup and serve cold.
