Ingredients,

1- Half a kilo of chicken breast

2- Salt to taste

3- A teaspoon of ground red chillies

4- A teaspoon of ground black pepper

5- A bowl of flour

6- Half a cup of cornflour

7- One teaspoon of baking powder

8- Half a teaspoon of baking soda

9- Egg one number

10- Simple bin six to eight numbers

11- Mayonnaise as required

12- Tomato ketchup as desired

13- Salad leaves as required

14- Cooking oil as required

Recipe,

1- Wash the chicken breast and cut it into thick pieces and wash and dry it well.

2- Put the flour, cornflour, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl and beat it with an electric beater without adding water.

3- Then divide it into two parts, put salt in one part and make a thick mixture by adding red pepper, black pepper, egg, and a splash of water to the other part.

4- Roll the chicken pieces in the mixture first, then roll them in the dry mixture.

5- Heat cooking oil in a wok and fry these parchas on high heat until golden.
