Ingredients,
1_ A bowl of flour
2_ One bowl of plain flour
3_ Baking powder half teaspoon
4_ Salt to taste
5_ Two pieces of crushed garlic
6_ Green onion (chopped) two tablespoons
7_ Chopped red chilies half a teaspoon
8_ Half teaspoon chopped black pepper
9_ Oregano half a teaspoon
10_ Butter milk three to four tablespoons
11_ One bowl of cheddar or mozzarella cheese
12_ three-quarter cups of butter
Recipe,
1_ Put flour and flour in a bowl and add salt, baking
powder, red pepper, oregano, and black pepper and mix with the help of two
spoons.
2_ Then add garlic, green onions, and cold butter (cut into
small pieces) to it and mix it with your fingers in the form of double bread
crumbs.
3_ Little by little add buttermilk (mix two to three drops
of lemon juice in four to five tablespoons of milk) and knead it (but don't
knead it for too long) and cover it for twenty to twenty-five minutes. Keep it in
the fridge.
4_ Grease a baking tray with butter paper and cut cookies of the desired shape and place them on it.
5_ Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for fifteen to twenty
minutes.
6_ Take care to remove the cookies from the oven when only the edges are golden.
