How to Make Thai Lemon Chicken Soup |A quick and Easy Recipe of soup|
Thai Lemon Chicken Soup 

Ingredients,

1- Chicken breast in one quantity

2- Half a cup of lemon juice

3- Salt to taste

4- Four tablespoons of flour

5- Four tablespoons of cornflour

6- Two tablespoons of soy sauce

7- Two tablespoons of vinegar

8- A teaspoon of brown sugar

9- Three bowls of ice

10- One tablespoon of white sesame seeds

11- Three to four green chilies

12- Cooking oil as required

Recipe,

1- Mix two tablespoons of cornflour, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt and marinate the chopped chicken.

2- To make lemon sauce, add lemon juice, brown sugar, half a cup of water, a tablespoon of cornflour, and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan and mix well.

3- Put the flour and cornflour in a big bowl and beat it and roll the chicken pieces in it and fry them golden in cooking oil.

4- Let the yakhni come to a boil then stir the prepared sauce into it using a wooden spoon so that it thickens.

5- Then add the fried chicken and mix quickly.

6- While removing from the stove, sprinkle roasted sesame seeds and green chilies cut lengthwise in it.

7- This soup is hot and delicious in winter.
