7- Ginger (finely chopped) one-inch chunks

8- Chinese five spice powder 1/2 teaspoon

9- Green onion (finely chopped) 4 pcs

10- Chopped black pepper 1/2 teaspoon

11- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

12- A teaspoon of salt

13- Sesame oil 2 teaspoons

14- Oil 4 tablespoons

Recipe,

1- Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic and ginger until golden.

2- Then fry the carrot, capsicum, cucumber, and green onion.
