Ingredients,

1.    Two hundred grams of chicken breast

2.    Salt to taste

3.    Ginger garlic one tablespoon

4.    Cheddar cheese of hundred grams

5.    One onion

6.    Black pepper chopped half teaspoon

7.    Mustard paste half teaspoon

8.    Two teaspoons of vinegar

9.    Chili Sauce Two teaspoons

10. Two teaspoons of soy sauce

11. Celery half a teaspoon

12. Green chilies of three to four

13. Half a bunch of green coriander

14. Three slices of double bread

15. Two eggs

16. Double breadcrumbs as needed

17. Two tablespoons of flour

18. Two tablespoons of cornflour

19. Oil as needed

Recipe,

1_ Put a tablespoon of oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic in it and fry for one to two minutes on medium heat.

 2_ Then add small pieces of washed chicken in it and cover it and cook it on low flame.

3_ When the water of the chicken dries up, add salt, vinegar, soy sauce, and chili sauce to it and cook for one to two minutes remove from the stove-

 4_ Put slices of double bread, green coriander, and green chilies in the chopper and chop it then add chicken and chop it.

 5_ Remove this mixture from the chopper and add black pepper, celery, mustard paste, and a beaten egg to it and mix well.

6_ Cut the cheese like a stick and keep a small part of the chicken mixture in your hand and make a roll by placing the cheese stick in the middle.

7_ Beat the egg and mix flour and cornflour in it, first dip the roll in the egg mixture, then fry it golden in hot oil in a frying pan with breadcrumbs.
